Robert is the IT director of Digital IP, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and Small Business Specialist based in Glasgow, Scotland. DIP are focused on core infrastructure, specifically around core-mid market with EBS and are also the leading Microsoft Unified Communications partner in Scotland, delivering solutions around Exchange Unified Messaging and Office Communications Server.

Robert and Digital IP have been involved with EBS since 2006 as part of the Technology Adoption Program (TAP), from testing Beta 1 through to three production deployments of EBS. Digital IP have been running EBS as their internal production business network since December 2007 with two further customers deployed in 2008.

Robert has spoken about EBS at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, as well as local UK events.
